Matt Schneider works with private practice owners who are excellent clinicians but were never trained to run scalable businesses. Since 2019, he has helped well over a hundred practices replace operational chaos with clear systems, stronger teams, and predictable profitability.
His clients have doubled revenue, generated millions in additional profit, secured major publishing and media opportunities, and built businesses that no longer depend on constant owner involvement. His focus is not on tactics or motivation, but on installing the structure that allows practices to grow consistently.
Matt’s background combines a degree in Psychology, five years in Special Operations, and hands-on experience owning and operating a medical practice. That perspective shaped his approach: practices don’t struggle because providers lack skill — they struggle because they were never given a business operating framework.
